Yoga is Concentration\u2014That place conveyed it to me directly. Energy of concentration crystallized into visible form. It made me want to deepen my <em>asana<\/em> and meditation practice further. Time slowed to a standstill. It&#8217;s something we&#8217;ve forgotten in our busy lives.
