Shri Mahayogi answered that he had blessed the two hours of class in silence, and that he would like to end it without disturbing the silence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Just as the class was about to end, remembering that Ekanta had shared with her the gratitude and awe that he had for Shri Mahayogi and how he had wished to express these feelings at the end of the prior last class but instead had refrained himself, Anandamali spontaneously asked Ekanta if he would like to share any words.<\/p>\n<p>Then, Ekanta, looking overwhelmed and blushing, began to speak slowly, pausing from time to time:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em><b>&#8220;<\/b>Thank you, Shri Mahayogi, for taking on a body and coming to this planet, for coming to New York.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> When I first came to the class two or three years ago, after two weeks Anandamali asked if I had been practicing every day&#8230; It was from that point on that I began to practice every day&#8230; I was blown away.\u00a0How calm my mind was! Is this Voo Doo? I couldn&#8217;t believe it&#8230; Thank you\u2026 for bringing this technique to us\u2026.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">We are so honored and blessed! Upon hearing Ekanta,<br \/>\nour Master offers the following words&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong style=\"line-height: 1.714285714; font-size: 1rem;\">THE WORDS OF OUR\u00a0<em>GURUDEV<\/em>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em><strong>&#8220;The Truth is already within each one of you. However, the mind gets in the way of you realizing That. If you can restrain and still the mind, then the Truth will emerge by itself. It is like waking up in the morning. At that moment, you will see that the past was just like a dream. The issue is, how quickly can you make this realization happen?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em><strong>For more than three or four thousand years, Yoga has been studying and developing the method by which to realize this Truth. One of the discoveries in the wisdom of Yoga is that the mind and breath are closely related. This is exactly the same as what you experience every day. When you are upset or overexcited, the breath is disturbed. When the mind is peaceful, or in deep sleep, or when you are very content, the breath becomes still as if it has stopped. The mind being immersed in joy\u2014therein lies the concrete secret of this Yoga. To control the mind is difficult, but to control the breath is easy. Controlling the breath is the same as controlling the body. The <\/strong><\/em><strong>asana<\/strong><em><strong> you did today helps you prepare for this and [advance in] that process.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em><strong>A Great Being once said, \u201cSufficient unto the day is the evil thereof. Tomorrow will take care of itself.\u201d This means that there is no need to suffer every day. Practice <\/strong><\/em><strong>asana<\/strong><em><strong> and meditation every day. If you do so, the wind [of suffering] will blow elsewhere. This undertaking requires perseverance. But consider this deeply\u2014the result of many, many past lives is the life you are living now. Accomplish your life&#8217;s grand project [of Realizing the True Self] in this lifetime. Realize it while you are still alive, nay, Realize it even sooner. Practice Yoga with passion. If you do so, you can Realize it in one week. And, the Realization [of That] will be experienced nowhere but within you. That is your True Self. There is nothing that exists but the Absolute Existence. Therefore, That is the Truth of God. You are Absolute Existence, and you are Eternal God. Es como despertarse en la ma\u00f1ana. En ese momento ver\u00e1s el pasado simplemente como un sue\u00f1o. El asunto es qu\u00e9 tan r\u00e1pido puedes hacer que esta realizaci\u00f3n suceda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Durante m\u00e1s de tres o cuatro mil a\u00f1os, el Yoga ha estudiado y desarrollado el m\u00e9todo para realizar esta Verdad. Uno de los descubrimientos de la sabidur\u00eda y\u00f3gica es que la mente y la respiraci\u00f3n est\u00e1n estrechamente vinculadas. Esto es lo mismo que experimentas d\u00eda a d\u00eda. Si est\u00e1s molesto o emocionado en extremo, la respiraci\u00f3n se altera. Si la mente est\u00e1 en paz o si est\u00e1s so\u00f1ando profundamente o cuando est\u00e1s muy contento, la respiraci\u00f3n se aquieta como si se hubiera detenido. La mente sumergida en dicha: es aqu\u00ed d\u00f3nde yace el secreto de lo que llamamos el Yoga. Controlar la mente es dif\u00edcil, pero controlar la respiraci\u00f3n es f\u00e1cil. Controlar la respiraci\u00f3n es lo mismo que controlar el cuerpo. El asana que practicaron hoy contribuye para que se prepararen para esto y para [acelerar] este proceso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Un gran ser dijo: &#8220;Por tanto, no se preocupen por el d\u00eda de ma\u00f1ana; porque el d\u00eda de ma\u00f1ana se cuidar\u00e1 de s\u00ed mismo. B\u00e1stele a cada d\u00eda sus propios problemas.&#8221; Quiere decir que no hay necesidad de sufrir todos los d\u00edas. Practica asanay medita todos los d\u00edas. Si as\u00ed lo haces, el viento soplar\u00e1 en otra direcci\u00f3n. Esta tarea requiere perseverancia; pero pi\u00e9nsalo detenidamente: el resultado de muchas, muchas vidas pasadas es la vida que est\u00e1s viviendo en este momento. Cumple tu mayor prop\u00f3sito de vida: [realizar el Verdadero Ser] en esta vida. Real\u00edzalo mientras est\u00e1s vivo; no, mejor a\u00fan: antes. Practica el Yoga apasionadamente. De este modo vas a poder Realizarlo en una semana. Adem\u00e1s, esta Realizaci\u00f3n no ocurrir\u00e1 en ning\u00fan otro lugar m\u00e1s que dentro de ti. Eso es tu Verdadero Ser. No existe nada m\u00e1s que la Existencia Absoluta. Por tanto, Esa es la Verdad de Dios. Eres Existencia Absoluta, y eres el Dios Eterno. Nu mi-a venit&#8230; Multumim\u2026 pentru ca ne\u2019ati adus aceasta tehnica\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em><strong>GURU:<\/strong> <\/em>Adevarul este deja in fiecare dintre voi. Totusi, mintea se pune in calea voastra impiedicandu-va sa realizati Aceasta. Daca puteti sa calmati mintea si sa o faceti nemiscata, atunci Adevarul va aparea singur. Este exact ca si cand te trezesti dimineata. In acel moment veti vedea ca trecutul a fost doar un vis. Problema e, cat de repede puteti face aceasta realizare sa se intample.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Pentru mai mult de patru sau cinci mii de ani, Yoga a studiat si construit o metoda cu care se poate realiza Adevarul. Una dintre descoperirile in intelepciunea Yoga este ca mintea si respiratia sunt strans legate. Acest lucru este exact la fel cu ceea ce voi traiti in fiecare zi. Cand sunteti nervosi sau foarte agitati, respiratia este disturbata. Cand mintea este linistita, ori in starea de somn adanc, ori cand sunteti foarte calmi, respiratia devine nemiscata de parca ar fi oprita. Mintea fiind scufundata in fericire\u2014in aceasta consta secretul concret al acestei intelepciuni Yoga. A controla mintea este dificil, dar a controla respiratia este usor. Controlarea respiratie este la fel cu controlarea corpului. Asanele care le-ati practicat azi va ajuta sa va pregatiti si (sa avansati) in acest proces.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">O Fiinta Mareata a spus odata, &#8220;Nu va ingrijorati, dar, de ziua de maine; caci ziua de maine se va ingrijora de ea insasi. Ajunge zilei necazul ei.\u201d Aceasta inseamna ca nu este necesar a suferi in fiecare zi. Practicati asana si meditatia in fiecare zi. Daca veti face asta, vantul [suferintei] va sufla altundeva. Acest angajament necesita perseverenta. Dar luati asta in considerare profund\u2014Viata pe care o traiti acum este rezultatul la multe si multe vieti din trecut. Dobanditi proiectul grandios al vietii voastre [de a realiza Sinele Adevarat] in viata asta. Realizatil cat sunteti inca in viata, nu, Realizatil chiar mai repede. Practicati Yoga cu passiune. Daca faceti asta, puteti sa\u2019L Realizati intro saptamana. Si, Realizarea [Aceluia] nu va fi traita niciunde numai inantrul vostru. Acela este Sinele vostru Adevarat. Nu exista nimic in afara de Existenta Absoluta. De aceea, Acela este Adevarul Dumnezeiesc. Voi sunteti Existenta Absoluta, si voi sunteti Dumnezeul Etern. Da &#8211; Trezitiva in Acela, chiar in seara asta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u00a0Va voi vedea din nou.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em><strong>\u4e00\u5411:\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>\u8b1d\u8b1d\u4f60\uff0c\u8056\u5927\u745c\u73c8\u58eb\uff0c\u8b1d\u8b1d\u4f60\u64c1\u6709\u4e00\u500b\u8089\u9ad4\u7136\u5f8c\u4f86\u5230\u9019\u500b\u661f\u7403\uff0c\u8b1d\u8b1d\u4f60\u4f86\u7d10\u7d04\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u5169\u3001\u4e09\u5e74\u524d\u6211\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u4f86\u9019\u5802\u8ab2\uff0c\u7d93\u904e\u5169\u9031\u5f8c\uff0c\u6176\u559c\u83ef\u554f\u6211\u662f\u5426\u6bcf\u5929\u7df4\u7fd2\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u5f9e\u90a3\u500b\u6642\u5019\u6211\u624d\u958b\u59cb\u6bcf\u5929\u7df4\u7fd2\u3002\u6211\u5f88\u9707\u9a5a\u3002\u6211\u7684\u5fc3\u7adf\u7136\u5982\u6b64\u5e73\u975c\uff01\u9019\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u5deb\u8853\u55ce\uff1f\u6211\u7c21\u76f4\u7121\u6cd5\u76f8\u4fe1\u3002\u8b1d\u8b1d\u4f60&#8230;\u8b1d\u8b1d\u4f60\u5e36\u7d66\u6211\u5011\u9019\u500b\u6280\u5de7&#8230;&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>\u5927\u5e2b\uff1a<\/strong>\u771f\u5be6\u5df2\u7d93\u5b58\u5728\u65bc\u6bcf\u500b\u4eba\u4e4b\u4e2d\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u5fc3\u667a\u59a8\u7919\u8457\u4f60\uff0c\u4f7f\u4f60\u7121\u6cd5\u4e86\u89e3\u9019\u4e00\u9ede\u3002\u5982\u679c\u53ef\u4ee5\u99d5\u99ad\u5fc3\u667a\uff0c\u4f7f\u5b83\u5b89\u975c\u4e0b\u4f86\uff0c\u771f\u5be6\u5c31\u6703\u81ea\u5df1\u986f\u73fe\u51fa\u4f86\u4e86\u3002\u90a3\u5c31\u50cf\u4f60\u65e9\u4e0a\u775c\u958b\u773c\u9192\u4f86\u4e00\u6a23\uff0c\u5728\u90a3\u4e00\u523b\uff0c\u4f60\u53ef\u4ee5\u7406\u89e3\u904e\u53bb\u50cf\u662f\u4e00\u5834\u5922\u3002\u554f\u984c\u662f, \u5982\u4f55\u624d\u80fd\u65e9\u9ede\u4e86\u609f\u771f\u5be6\uff1f<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u5f9e\u9577\u9054\u4e09\u3001\u56db\u5343\u5e74\u4ee5\u524d\uff0c\u745c\u4f3d\u5c31\u4e0d\u65b7\u7814\u7a76\u548c\u767c\u5c55\u5be6\u73fe\u771f\u5be6\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u773e\u591a\u667a\u6167\u88e1\u7684\u5176\u4e2d\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u662f\u767c\u73fe\u4e86\u5fc3\u548c\u547c\u5438\u4e4b\u9593\u6709\u8457\u5bc6\u5207\u7684\u95dc\u4fc2\u3002\u9019\u6b63\u597d\u548c\u6bcf\u500b\u4eba\u65e5\u5e38\u751f\u6d3b\u7d93\u9a57\u76f8\u7b26 : \u751f\u6c23\u7684\u6642\u5019\u3001\u9ad8\u8208\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u547c\u5438\u5c31\u6703\u7d0a\u4e82;\u5e73\u975c\u7684\u6642\u5019\u3001\u719f\u7761\u7684\u6642\u5019\u3001\u975e\u5e38\u5e78\u798f\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u547c\u5438\u597d\u50cf\u662f\u505c\u6b62\u4e86\u4e00\u6a23\u3002\u5fc3\u667a\u6c88\u6d78\u5728\u559c\u6085\u4e2d\u2500\u2500\u9019\u88e1\u6709\u745c\u4f3d\u5177\u9ad4\u7684\u7955\u8a23\u3002\u99d5\u99ad\u5fc3\u667a\u96d6\u7136\u662f\u56f0\u96e3\u7684\uff0c\u4f46\u99d5\u99ad\u547c\u5438\u537b\u662f\u5bb9\u6613\u7684\u3002\u800c\u4e14\u63a7\u5236\u547c\u5438\u548c\u63a7\u5236\u8eab\u9ad4\uff0c\u662f\u540c\u6a23\u7684\u4e00\u4ef6\u4e8b\u3002\u4eca\u5929\u6240\u505a\u7684\u9ad4\u4f4d\u6cd5\u5e6b\u52a9\u4f60\u53bb\u6e96\u5099\uff08\u505a\u5230\u9019\u4ef6\u4e8b\uff09\u548c\u7e7c\u7e8c\u524d\u9032\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u6709\u4f4d\u5049\u5927\u7684\u5b58\u5728\u66fe\u7d93\u9019\u9ebc\u8aaa\u904e: \u300c\u4e00\u5929\u7684\u96e3\u8655\u4e00\u5929\u7576\u5c31\u5920\u4e86\u3002\u660e\u5929\u81ea\u6709\u660e\u5929\u7684\u6182\u616e\u3002\u300d\u9019\u610f\u5473\u8457\uff0c\u6c92\u6709\u5fc5\u8981\u6bcf\u5929\u53d7\u82e6\u3002\u8acb\u6bcf\u5929\u7df4\u7fd2\u9ad4\u4f4d\u6cd5\u548c\u51a5\u60f3\u3002\u9019\u6a23\u505a\u7684\u8a71, \u6182\u616e\u6216\u75db\u82e6\u7684\u98a8\u81ea\u6703\u5439\u5411\u5225\u8655\u3002\u9019\u500b\u5de5\u4f5c\u9700\u8981\u8010\u5fc3\u548c\u6bc5\u529b\u3002\u4f46\u662f\u8acb\u597d\u597d\u601d\u8003\u4e00\u4e0b\u3002\u7121\u6578\u7684\u524d\u4e16\u7d2f\u7a4d\u800c\u6210\u7684\u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u4f60\u7684\u4eca\u751f\u3002\u8acb\u5728\u4eca\u751f\u5c31\u5b8c\u6210\u751f\u6daf\u7684\u4e00\u5927\u4e8b\u696d, \u5728\u4f60\u5011\u9084\u6d3b\u8457\u7684\u6642\u5019\u2026\u4e0d, \u8acb\u66f4\u65e9\u5be6\u73fe\u5b83\u3002\u8acb\uff0c\u62b1\u8457\u71b1\u60c5\u7df4\u7fd2\u745c\u4f3d\u3002\u9019\u6a23\u505a\u7684\u8a71\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u4e00\u9031\u4ee5\u5167\u5c31\u80fd\u958b\u609f\u3002\u7136\u5f8c\u9019\u4efd\u5be6\u73fe\u4e0d\u662f\u5728\u5176\u4ed6\u7684\u5730\u65b9\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u5728\u4f60\u81ea\u8eab\u4e4b\u5167\u9ad4\u9a57\u7684\u3002\u90a3\u5c31\u662f\u4f60\u771f\u6b63\u7684\u81ea\u5df1\u3002\u7d55\u5c0d\u7684\u5b58\u5728\u4ee5\u5916\uff0c\u4ec0\u9ebc\u90fd\u4e0d\u5b58\u5728\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u300c\u90a3\u300d\u5c31\u662f\u795e\u7684\u771f\u76f8\u3002\u4f60\u662f\u7d55\u5c0d\u7684\u5b58\u5728\uff0c\u662f\u6c38\u9060\u7684\u795e\u3002<\/p>\n<p
