THE WORDS OF OUR GURUDEV:<\/strong><\/p>\n

“The purpose of Yoga is to realize the Truth.
\nWhere does Truth exist?
\nIt exists within the depths of the heart.
\nIn actuality, Truth exists everywhere.
\n<\/em><\/strong>However, in the physical body,<\/strong><\/em>
\n this is the place where it is easiest to grasp\u2014<\/strong><\/em>
\n it is considered to be the seat or the dwelling of the true Self.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Neither the mind nor the ego is the true Self.<\/strong><\/em>
\n The mind is always seen by the Pure Consciousness.<\/strong><\/em>
\n Only the Pure Consciousness knows the mind.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

People are born out of <\/strong><\/em>karma<\/strong>, and act based on their <\/strong><\/em>karma<\/strong> in this world.
\nBut that is not the true way of living.
\nThe true way of living is to live based on the Truth,
\nwhich means to realize the true Self.
\nIn doing so,
\nthe mind and the body become the tools or the servants of the true Master.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

The Truth, first, must be heard.<\/strong><\/em>
\n Then it must be pondered upon deeply.<\/strong><\/em>
\n And then it must be meditated upon.<\/strong><\/em>
\n By doing so,<\/strong><\/em>
\n the Truth will be realized.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

“Scopul invatarurii Yoga este de a cunoaste adevarul.
\nUnde se afla Adevarul?
\nAcesta exista in adancul inimii.
\nIn realitate, adevarul exista peste tot.
\nTotusi, in corpul fizic,
\nacesta este locul unde este cel mai usor de a fi dobandit\u2013
\neste considerat ca fiind locul unde salasluieste Sinele adevarat.<\/p>\n

Nici mintea, nici egoul nu este Sinele adevarat.
\nMintea este vazuta intotdeauna de catre Constiinta Pura.
\nNumai Constiinta Pura cunoaste mintea.<\/p>\n

Oamenii se nasc din cauza karmei,
\nsi actioneaza in lumea asta in functie de karma lor.
\nDar acesta nu este adevaratul mod de viata.
\nAdevaratul mod de viata este in a trai bazat pe Adevar,
\nceea ce implica cunoasterea Sinelui adevarat.
\nIn acest mod,
\nmintea si corpul devin uneltele sau servitorii adevaratului Stapan.<\/p>\n

Mai intai, Adevarul trebuie auzit.
\nDupa care trebuie gandit profund asupra Lui.
\nSi dupa care, trebuie meditat asupra Lui.
\nFacand asta,
\nAdevarul va fi dobandit.<\/p>\n

Am sa va vad saptamana viitoare.”<\/p>\n
